1. How do I make a car hire booking ?
You may make a car hire booking by either:
1. Get your free on line quote and book
HERE
As soon as we receive your booking request we shall come back to
you via email (normally within 24 hours) with an approval booking code and
request for an at least 10% down payment. (or euro 20.00 minimum). Remaining balance can be paid by cash
or credit/debit card upon car delivery. However you may, if you wish, authorize
full pre-payment in advance.
2. Contact us at our reservations telephone number (+357) 25 320 905,
request car hire quote and make a booking immediately. Our car hire Prices
are identical to those you can read in our web site.
Our office hours are from 09.00am to 19.00 Monday through Friday
and Saturdays & Sundays from 9.00am to 13.00. NOTE: CYPRUS TIME IS 2 HOURS AHEAD
UK TIME. (When in UK is 17.00 in Cyprus is 19.00)

2. How do I pay for a car hire booking ?
The car group you requested has to be confirmed by us, you will
be notified by email with an "Approval Booking Code" as soon as possible
(normally within 24 hours from the requesting date). You may then pay (10% down
payment or fully) by credit/debit
card by contacting our reservations team (Tel: ++357 25 320 905) or using
our online secure payment form whose link you will receive in the confirmation email.
In either case a receipt-confirmation (otherwise car hire Voucher) will be emailed to you right after
receiving your payment. Please always open your "spam" or "junk" as well as
your inbox folder.

3. What documentation will I need on collection of car ?
On collection of your car you will need a copy of the
booking confirmation (otherwise Cyprus car hire voucher), which will be emailed to you after receiving your payment,
and your national or international driver's license.

4. When should I expect to receive my
car hire booking confirmation?
Within 24 hours, after sending your payment. Please open your
"spam" or "junk" as well as your inbox folder. If not, then please
contact us immediately.

5. I should have received my car hire booking confirmation by now.
Most common reasons:
1) Your email provider, especially the free ones like
hotmail, gmail,
yahoo mail btinternet etc has inadvertently
redirected our confirmation email to your "junk" or "spam" box,
so we suggest you monitor there too.
2) Your email system runs a strict anti-spamming software and has
placed our email confirmation in your "junk folder" or even rejected it.
3) Your email address was submitted in error. (Even a dot being misspelled is
error)
4) Your email system was dropped down and never received our confirmation
email.
5) Your email inbox was full (quota exceeded) and never received our confirmation
email.
In any case please call us immediately at (+357) 25 320 905 (during
Cyprus working hours) and refer to your approval booking code.

8. How do I request child seats? What are the costs ?
For child /booster seats, there is a relevant box to be ticked
in the booking form on step 2. First child/booster seat is free of charge.

at a charge of €15.00 per unit per rental, which will be included in your on
line quote

9. Can I drive the car in to the North part of Cyprus?
No, unfortunately due to insurance restrictions hired cars in
the Republic of Cyprus can not be driven in to the north part (The Turkish occupied areas) by any means.

10. Do you charge extra for use of credit card ?
No extra charge for credit card use.
11. Is there a charge for extra drivers ?
For extra drivers, there is a relevant box to be ticked in the
booking request form. One extra driver is free of charge. Second or more
extra drivers at
€15.00 per car rental per
driver. (Irrespectively of the number of rental days) This cost will be
included in your on line

12. Are your prices really All Inclusive? What do they
include?
Yes, our
prices
for ordinary cars are almost
All Inclusive with euro *500 excess (deductible) Check

*This refundable amount
will be asked to be deposited (by cash or credit card pre-authorization) upon car delivery in
order to cover any probable damage to the hired car.

13. How do I meet you at the airport?
Our airport representative will be waiting exclusively for you and your family
holding a board with your name on it. NO QUEUES.. NO SHUTTLE BUS...NO TIME
WASTING... AND ABOVE ALL...NO
AIRPORT FEES! Our representative will drive you to our
premises next to the airport where you can pick up your hired car.

14. Is there any age restriction?
The minimum age is 24 years. Maximum age
is 75.
15. Is there any charge for mileage?
No, our cars are hired out with unlimited mileage.

16. What happens if the car breaks down ?
If your car breaks down you need to immediately contact us for either a
replacement vehicle or authorisation for repairs. Our telephone contacts will be
provided up on car hire delivery.

17. What happens if I'm involved in a car accident?
In the event of an accident, this should be reported to us at
the time of happening. Our telephone contacts will be provided upon car
delivery. Write down full details of any third parties involved and get any
witnesses contact details if you can. In the case of a serious accident, it is a
legal requirement to inform the local Police straight away and you
will need to obtain a signed police report.

18. What is your fuel policy ?
SAME TO SAME.
We will not charge you any fuel. You just return the rental car with the same amount of fuel as when picked up.

19. If I drop my car off early - will I get a partial refund ?
No, you will not be due any refund on the car rental fee.
20. What happens if I drop my car off late ?
For up to 2 hours (pre-agreed) delay there is no charge.
For more than 2 hours, our booking system will charge another day.

21. Will I get the make and model of the car that I have requested ?
Cars are booked by group (View our car grouping
here) We can not
guarantee a specific make or model of vehicle. However every effort will be made
to provide the requested model.
It is important that you choose your car group according to your
individual needs (e.g. number of persons, luggage etc). Changing the car at the
time of delivery is not always possible. If the vehicle supplied is unaccepted
we will try to replace it. If this is impossible (especially in the peak
periods) then you will be allowed to cancel your booking by paying the amount
equivalent to 3 rental days plus delivery expenses.

22. If my flight is late arriving at the airport will your rep. wait ?
It is important that you enter your arrival flight number and
estimated arrival time
when booking your Cyprus car hire. If you have given us a valid flight number and your
flight is confirmed to still be arriving on the given date, our
representative will normally wait for you even if there is a delay. He/She
would not wait though if after landing you do not show up after one hour.
In any case please use the emergency telephone number which will be supplied
with our
confirmation email.

23. What happens if the booked car does not fit in my luggage?
It is your responsibility to choose the car group according to your individual
needs (e.g. number of persons, luggage etc) before booking. Changing the car at
the time of delivery is not always possible. In the event that your luggage will not fit in
then you will need to hire a taxi on the spot, at your expense. In such case
our representative will be off assistance.

25. Do you block any amounts on my credit/debit card account?
You will only have an insurance excess of euro 850.00.
This refundable amount
